WORKSHOP:

INNOVATION CULTURE

All of us are either maintaining a culture in an institution or helping to create a new culture. In this training, we will show how a new culture can be developed in an institution, from the co-creation of the macro level (values, beliefs, rituals and routines) and its respective translation to the micro level (everyday activities).

The macro and micro levels are related, and bringing this clarity helps us to enter into dialogue about the organization’s culture. In addition, it makes it possible to make practical, simple changes feel tangible which helps with the adoption.

Understanding the needs of companies, Co-Viva developed the Culture Canvas, a visual scheme that makes the dialogue between teams easier and more practical. Using this tool, organizations can collaboratively build the macro and micro pillars of the new culture that they want to build in the company.
